Development & Program Management

OpenMarket's platform is built upon a Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) where small teams consisting of multiple disciplines own and manage their own "independent platforms" of reusable capabilities. Engineers, Quality Services, and Program Management work closely together to research and develop new features and functionality into the next version of OpenMarket's services. Teams actively use Agile and SCRUM methodologies to design, build, configure, and test application software using the latest Java technologies on top of Linux, MySQL, and Oracle technologies. We are looking for talented people to fit roles, such as:

Systems Operations

Systems Operations is responsible for Deploying, Operating, Maintaining, and providing 24x7 support for OpenMarket services. We work very closely with Engineering, QA, Program Management, and Customer Integration and Support teams to deliver best in class service to our customers. Products and Marketing

Product Managers specialize in Web Portal, Delivery Systems or Financial Systems and are key members of the OpenMarket product management team. This team is responsible for roadmap strategy and service delivery. The common thread is a commitment to help change the landscape of digital commerce and make it simple, standard and scalable through both value and innovation. Sales, Account Management, and Business Development

This team is responsible for securing customer relationships with large, well known consumer brands, developing new channels and supporting the ongoing account needs of our Carriers and Mobile Content Providers. We are looking for talented people to fit roles, such as:

• Carrier Relationship Manager
• Carrier Relationship Engineer

Carrier Integration and Support

The Carrier Integration team is responsible for working closely with wireless carriers to help integrate our software with a carrier's infrastructure. The OpenMarket support team prides themselves on providing quality, meticulous attention to all client issues which differentiates them from the rest of the mobile commerce industry. Each team is consistently going above and beyond to serve the ongoing operational needs of our Carriers and Mobile Content Providers. Both teams are looking for individuals that are excited to work in the mobile industry including technologies such as SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Message Service), and carrier billing systems. We are looking for talented people to fit roles, such as:

• Carrier Integration Manager
• Carrier Integration Engineer
• Technical Support Engineer (Michigan)

Finance and Administration

As the backbone to the financial operations of the business, the finance and administration team helps OpenMarket and its customers to report on its financials, analysis of customer data and financial metrics, supply reporting capabilities to our customers, directing legal matters, and provide the employees of OpenMarket with Human Resources services. We are looking for talented people to fit roles, such as:
