Acceptable Use Policy
Media companies and content providers must comply with a standard set of rules and policies to market, sell and distribute premium digital content. The Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) has issued a standard policy and, in most cases, each mobile service provider supplements this with an additional set of policies.
OpenMarket has consolidated these separate policies into one standardized acceptable use policy, which is continually updated to reflect the changing market. With OpenMarket, media companies and content providers can follow one comprehensive policy, instead of dozens of individual policies. Likewise, mobile service providers can operate with the assurance that their approved content partners are complying with the most up-to-date rules for selling direct to consumers.

Mobile Best Practices
To ensure a better wireless consumer experience, the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) established best practice guidelines for cross-carrier mobile content services. These guidelines were developed by a committee comprised of Tier 1 mobile service providers, leading aggregators and content providers.
