MEP Expression Language
To view service variables, enter the service editor for a service, and click the Service Variables button.
To view service collection variables, either:
- From the Services home page, select the Service Collection folder and click to view the Service Collection Variables
- Enter the service editor for one of the services in the collection, and click the Service Collection Variables button.
From here you can view, download and add variables associated with the service or service collection. If the value is dynamic (e.g., if it is updated by a service) then the current value is shown; however, the Service Variables and Service Collection Variables screen are static pages, so refresh the page if you wish to track changes to a value.
Note: How you can retrieve or view a variable’s value is determined by its scope. Within a service, you can use the Integration > HTTP Poke handler to send most variable values to an external platform.
