Guidance / Restrictions

Marketing messages need to have a Swedish telephone number for customer services that is open 9 am to 4 pm weekdays. If calls can't be answered within 10 minutes, then customers should be directed to an IVR service for a call back. They then must be called back within 24 hrs. If you are using 2-way message originators, then STOPP (Swedish spelling) and STOP replies must be supported for opt out.
