* Notes

For the 2-way Long Code offering, the Long Code cannot be set as an Originator in the MT messages as Numeric Originators are prohibited by the local regulator. Therefore an Alpha should be set in the Originator and the Long Code stated in the message content to enable MO replies. All MT messages will have a 4-digit identifier appended to the message by the local supplier, e.g. B043, RM00, etc. This means the characters available for the message content will be reduced by 4 Bytes if using GSM character encoding and 8 Bytes if using Unicode. Unicode is also supported so you can send messages using Turkish accents (Ğ İ Ş ğ ı ş Ð Ý Þ ð ý þ) which fall outside the GSM character set.

Guidance / Restrictions

Marketing or promotional messages must start with REKLAM or TANITIM, which indicates to the end user that they are receiving a promotional message. The messages should include your company's URL or customer care number, and inform the end user of where they can find further details of any promotion.
