View a brand

Once your brand is submitted, you’ll be able to revisit the brand details you have submitted, view how many campaigns are associated with it, and request additional vetting.

To view a brand:

  1. From the Numbers menu, select Brands.
This displays the Brands main page where you can view your registered brands, see how many campaigns are tied to it, and view whether the brand is verified or not.

  2. Navigate to the brand you wish to view and click the View button.
This takes you to the brand details page. Note that brand information is read only and if you wish to edit these, you’ll need to contact support for help.

Request vetting

Once you've registered your brand you can request third-party vetting if you want to try and get higher throughput or increase your message volume. Also, if your company is located outside the US or it is not listed in the Russell 3000 Index, you will want to request vetting. For details about AT&T throughput and T-Mobile message volume, see How Vetting Works.

You can select between two types of vetting:

  • Standard — This vetting process is automated and costs $45.

Enhanced — This vet is performed by a human and takes 2-3 days. The cost is $95 unless you have previously requested Standard and are upgrading to Enhanced. Then the cost is $55. You must upgrade within 30 days of the Standard vet.

You can select either vet first but we recommend starting with Standard. Then if you're not satisfied with the score you can upgrade to Enhanced.

Note: Third-party vetting does not guarantee a better score or higher throughput.

To request vetting:

  1. From the Numbers menu, select Brands.
This displays the Brands main page where you can view your registered brands.

  2. Navigate to the brand you wish to view and click the View button.

  3. From the Vetting Score section, click the Request Vetting button.

  4. Select the vetting option, Standard or Enhanced. If you select Standard you have 30 days to change your mind and upgrade to Enhanced.

  5. Click Submit.

You’ll see your vetting request displayed in the vetting score table where you can view the status and upgrade if needed. Note that you can must upgrade the Vetting Type to Enhanced within 30 days of the Vetting Date shown in the table. If the Vetting Date field has no value, it means that you cannot upgrade the type as the 30-day period has passed.

Important: Once you submit a vetting request you cannot delete it.

Update a Brand

In some circumstances you'll need to update your brand. For example, if you submit a brand registration and the legal company name doesn't match the EIN, then TCR will not be able to verify the brand.

When you view the Brands page, the brand that needs attention will display "Action Required." Simply click the View button to see the brand details. You'll see a message indicating which piece of information needs to be updated. Provide the correct information and submit.
