What's New in 10DLC

Date

Description

8 September 2021

Starting in July 2021, The Campaign Registry (TCR) began assigning brands a status rather than a score. This status is now used to determine your throughput with AT&T and T-Mobile.

If you registered your brand before July 29 and TCR assigned your brand a status of Unverified, then your account manager should have contacted you about changing the status to Verified. You have until September 23, 2021 to change the status; after that your campaigns will be terminated. Please contact your account manager if you haven’t been contacted yet.

For more information on brand registration, see: How Vetting Works

8 August 2021 You can now view what throughput your live campaign is getting. Simply click the View button next to any campaign with the registered status, and navigate to the Mobile Networks section.
29 July 2021 Our 10DLC service now supports MMS messaging to end users in the US and US Territories. For details on how to configure a number for MMS and SMS, see Set Up a Number.
7 July 2021 You can now request additional third-party brand vetting using Numbers.
1 June 2021 We replaced our 10DLC tool called Originators & Campaigns with a whole new version called Numbers. The new tool provides the same functionality but resides within the new Customer Portal. Your login credentials to Customer Portal are the same as they were to Customer Center.
